Role: Field Director, GU Oncology, leading a regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to support scientific, clinical, and research activities related to Johnson & Johnson's oncology products. Responsibilities: develop and execute regional medical strategies, coach and develop MSLs, manage field activities including product launches and stakeholder engagement, ensure compliance, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Conduct performance reviews using data and insights, oversee team training and talent development, and lead scientific projects aligned with therapeutic area priorities. Requirements: minimum of a master’s degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred), 8+ years in pharma, including 2+ years in an MSL or similar role, with clinical/research experience preferred. Must reside near the territory and be willing to travel (~60%). Skills: data analysis, strategic planning, cross-functional influence, leadership, and familiarity with AI tools.
