Field Director, Dermatology - Central

Role: Lead a regional Dermatology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, providing scientific, clinical, and educational support to healthcare professionals, aligning regional strategies with Medical Affairs goals. Responsibilities: manage team performance, coaching, and development; ensure execution of medical programs, product launches, and insights collection; develop and oversee regional scientific strategies; foster cross-functional collaboration; ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards; lead field activities including stakeholder engagement and data analysis. Requirements: Master’s degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred); 8+ years of pharma experience, including 2+ years in MSL roles; prior people management preferred; strong data analysis, clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and influence skills.
