Field Director, Dermatology - Central

Role: Lead and manage a regional Dermatology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, focusing on scientific, clinical, and educational support to healthcare professionals. Objectives include translating medical strategies into regional priorities, ensuring compliant and impactful scientific engagement, and supporting product launches and lifecycle management. Qualifications include a minimum of a master’s degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred), 8+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years in MSL or equivalent roles, and prior people management experience preferred. The role requires regional travel (~60%), proximity to an airport, and a valid US driver’s license.
