Role: Lead and manage a regional Dermatology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, providing scientific, clinical, research, and educational support to healthcare professionals, aligned with Johnson & Johnson's Medical Affairs strategy. Requirements: Master's degree (PharmD, PhD, MD preferred), minimum 8 years of industry experience, including 2+ years in MSL roles; strong leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, and scientific communication skills; proficiency in cross-functional collaboration; relevant therapeutic area expertise in Immunology/Dermatology; regional travel of approximately 60%.
