Role: Lead and manage a regional Dermatology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, providing scientific, clinical, and educational support to healthcare professionals while ensuring compliant, customer-centric engagement. Responsibilities: develop and execute regional strategies aligned with Medical Affairs objectives, coach and develop MSLs, oversee field programs including product launches, and foster cross-functional collaboration; lead team performance, training, and recruitment; ensure high-quality scientific exchange and insights generation; manage regulatory and compliance standards. Qualifications: masterβs degree required; PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred; at least 8 years in pharma, with 4+ years in industry and 2+ years in MSL or similar roles; experience in dermatology or immunology is advantageous. Skills: clinical expertise, data analysis, strategic planning, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, proficiency in AI and emerging technologies, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice and team development.
