Field Applications Scientist

Role: Field Application Scientist supporting Repligen's upstream bioprocessing technologies, focusing on process development, troubleshooting, and customer support. Responsibilities: provide technical pre- and post-sales support for product lines like XCell ATF, Spectrum Hollow Fiber, TFDF, and KrosFlo TFF; develop project plans; analyze processes for optimization; troubleshoot technical challenges; generate technical documentation; build customer partnerships; share insights with R&D and Marketing; stay current on industry trends. Requirements: bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering; 5+ years in cell culture process development, manufacturing, or technical support within bioprocessing; knowledge of perfusion, TFF, scale-up/scale-down, cGMP; strong troubleshooting, data interpretation, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; willing to travel up to 50%, domestic and international.
