General Summary:
- Responsible for supporting field analytics to support current and upcoming product launches.
- Supports strategy, design, roadmap planning, delivery, and adoption of analytics across field roles within the Strategic Customer Engagement Team.
- Analyzes prescription data (Hospital/Retail/Claims), field activity, and related channels; communicates findings and recommendations to business unit leadership.
- Works with Business Units (e.g., Market Access, Marketing, Forecasting, Marketing Science) and North America Field Operations teams (Incentive Compensation, Targeting & Alignments, Data Management).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Point person for field reporting business needs, system requirements, and development oversight for field, field management, and HQ users.
- Partner with IT and vendors on roadmaps, timelines, and deployment plans.
- Develop mock-ups and support Power BI application updates/enhancements.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for BU and field leadership.
- Design, construct, and roll out analytical dashboards for real-time analytics.
- Understand data warehouse models; recommend best practices/optimizations for data use.
- Ensure data definitions, business rules, and warehouse structure support ongoing/ad hoc analytics.
- Monitor KPIs and feedback to identify training/communications opportunities.
- Liaison with Field Operations for deliverables, timelines, and deployment planning.
- Identify risks/barriers and propose solutions to optimize efficiencies and innovations.
- Support sales leaders on gaps in buy-in/accountability/performance.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Hands-on analytics in Snowflake and Power BI.
- Communicate complex data insights to leadership.
- Pharma sales operations proficiency (CRM, customer data, retail/institution sales data, field reporting, incentive compensation).
- Strong project management.
- Experience driving field adoption/performance.
- Manage internal partners and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of life sciences.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 8+ years in pharmaceutical analytics.
- 3+ years delivering complex analytics for pharma product launches (brand planning, field strategy/sizing, channel optimization, field performance reporting, ad hoc business planning/re๏ฌnements).

Flex Designation:
- Hybrid: remote up to two days/week, or On-Site: five days/week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
