Field Access Manager-Upstate NY, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine

Role: Field Access Manager responsible for optimizing patient access across Upstate NY, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine within Takeda's Patient Access team. Objectives: address reimbursement and access barriers, support providers and healthcare institutions, and educate key accounts on reimbursement processes. Responsibilities: serve as a resource for navigating access challenges, build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, deliver tailored education, and stay informed on healthcare policies and reimbursement trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or medical affairs, with strong knowledge of reimbursement landscapes and relationship development skills. Preferred: 5+ years specifically in pharma, biotech, or rare disease reimbursement roles; advanced degrees like an MBA; familiarity with specialty/high-cost therapies, buy-and-bill, and pharmacy models. High-Value: focus on specialty pharmaceuticals, patient access, healthcare policy, and reimbursement within chronic or acute care settings. Work Setup: Field-based role requiring up to 60% travel, living within the territory.
