Field Access Manager (Rocky Mountains)

Role: Field Access Manager (FAM) responsible for optimizing patient access and reimbursement in the neuroscience/neurology therapeutic area. Responsibilities include educating healthcare providers and staff on payer policies, prior authorization, and patient support programs; developing relationships with customers; collaborating with Managed Markets and Sales teams; and maintaining knowledge of payer landscapes. The role involves managing access barriers, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance within legal and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (graduate degree preferred), at least 8 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical account management experience, including 2+ years as a FAM or RAM with retail medications, preferably in neurology or CNS. Travel up to 75% is required. Preferred skills: CNS experience, knowledge of payer segments (Commercial, Medicare Part D), pharmacy benefit understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The position is territory-based, requiring live and virtual customer engagement skills, with an emphasis on education around prior authorization and financial assistance programs. Salary range: $140,000–$175,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
