Role: Field Access Manager supporting Takeda's Plasma-Immunology portfolio within the Patient Access team, focusing on optimizing patient access and reimbursement. Responsibilities: serve as a strategic partner to healthcare providers, delivering tailored education on reimbursement processes, resolving access barriers, and building collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations; support internal teams with market insights and policy updates. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs, with strong reimbursement knowledge and relationship-building skills; excellent communication and issue resolution abilities. Preferred: additional experience in biotech or pharma reimbursement, healthcare policy, or specialty/high-cost therapies; MBA or advanced degree. High-Value: field-based role covering OK, AR, NE, KS; up to 75% travel; requires valid driver’s license; supporting high-cost, specialty therapies in chronic or acute care settings; engagement with providers, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and academic institutions. Work setup: field-based, regional travel, incumbent must reside within territory.
