Role: Field Access Manager supporting Takeda's Plasma-Immunology portfolio within the Patient Access team. Objectives: optimize patient access by addressing reimbursement and access barriers, providing education to healthcare providers, and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities: navigate reimbursement challenges, deliver tailored support to providers, foster collaborations with healthcare organizations, enhance internal team knowledge, and stay informed on healthcare policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs with strong reimbursement expertise; excellent communication, relationship development, and issue resolution skills. Preferred: 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma reimbursement roles, advanced degree, familiarity with specialty/high-cost therapies, buy-and-bill/pharmacy models, healthcare policy, or market access. Work setup: field-based role requiring up to 75% travel within OK, AR, NE, KS; incumbent must reside in territory and have a valid driver’s license.
