Role: Field Access Manager supporting Takeda’s Plasma-Immunology portfolio, focusing on optimizing patient access and reimbursement strategies. Responsibilities: serve as a key resource to healthcare providers and institutions, addressing access barriers, delivering tailored education on reimbursement processes, building strategic partnerships, and supporting internal teams with market insights on policies and reimbursement trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs with strong knowledge of reimbursement landscapes; excellent communication and relationship skills. Preferred: 5+ years in pharma/biotech reimbursement roles, advanced degrees, experience with specialty/high-cost therapies, familiarity with buy-and-bill and pharmacy models.
