Field Access Manager (FAM), Plasma-Immunology Patient Access (OH, PA). Report to Regional Director, Patient Access, Plasma-Immunology, West.

How you will contribute:
- Optimize Patient Access: Navigate reimbursement and access challenges to ensure timely access to Takeda therapies.
- Proactive Education and Support: Provide tailored field-based education on reimbursement processes to provider group practices, hospitals, academic institutions, specialty pharmacies, and other stakeholders; anticipate and address access challenges.
- Strategic Partnership: Build relationships with healthcare organizations to identify and resolve reimbursement/access issues for seamless therapy initiation and continuation.
- Enhance Team Capabilities: Educate internal teams on complex reimbursement/access scenarios.
- Adaptability and Insight: Monitor healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 5+ years field-based experience in account management, sales, or medical affairs.
- Strong knowledge of reimbursement landscape and practice management.
- Ability to develop and execute account-based strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Expertise in account management, relationship development, and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.

Desired:
- 5+ years reimbursement experience in pharma/biotech/rare disease.
- MBA/advanced degree.
- Healthcare policy/market access experience; buy-and-bill and pharmacy model familiarity.
- Specialty/high-cost therapy experience.

Location/Travel:
- Field-based; up to 75% travel. Must live in territory; drive/fly to meetings; clean valid driverโ€™s license.
