Field Access Manager (Miami, FL)

Role: Field Access Manager (FAM) responsible for optimizing patient access to Axsome's CNS therapies within a specified territory. Objectives include eliminating access barriers, educating stakeholders on payer processes, and supporting treatment adherence. Responsibilities encompass customer education on payer policies, developing relationships, managing access issues, and collaborating with Managed Markets and Sales teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred), at least 8 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical account management, with 2+ years as a FAM or RAM, preferably in neurology; fluency in English and Spanish; residence in the assigned territory; willingness to travel up to 75%. High-Value: CNS therapeutic experience, expertise in payer segments (Commercial, Medicare Part D), pharmacy benefit management, and prior authorization processes; experience in drug launch environments and cross-functional collaboration.
