Field Access Manager (FAM) - Southern Florida

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies in the Southern Florida and Puerto Rico territories for a cardiovascular biopharmaceutical. Responsibilities: proactively identify and resolve access barriers related to payer coverage, prior authorization, and specialty pharmacy routing; partner with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and internal teams; analyze access data to improve processes; serve as a subject matter expert on access education; monitor key metrics and manage escalations; support launch and lifecycle management activities; ensure compliant documentation and communicate insights to cross-functional partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles; strong knowledge of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and specialty pharmacy models; experience with HUB systems, claims data, and case management; excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM and BI tools preferred.
