Field Access Manager (FAM) - Pacific Coast

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies within the Pacific Coast territory, including Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. Responsibilities: proactively identify and resolve access barriers related to payer coverage, prior authorization, step edits, and specialty pharmacy routing; collaborate with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and internal teams to improve access processes and monitor key metrics; serve as a subject matter expert on access education, and support launch and lifecycle management activities. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles; deep understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and specialty pharmacy distribution; proficiency with HUB systems, claims, and data analysis; strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. High-Value: expertise in specialty pharmacy access, reimbursement workflows, and payer policy monitoring; experience supporting field teams and training on access topics; ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Work setup: field-based, requiring extensive travel within the territory; candidate should reside within 100 miles of a major commercial airport. Salary range: $174,600-$203,700, with comprehensive benefits.
