Field Access Manager (FAM) - New York City

Role: Field Access Manager supporting cardiovascular biopharma products, focusing on patient access and reimbursement strategies. Responsibilities: proactively identify and resolve access barriers related to payer coverage, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing; collaborate with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and internal teams to improve access workflows; analyze payer and HUB data to identify systemic gaps and implement process improvements; monitor key access metrics and manage escalations; support launch and lifecycle management by addressing access challenges early; maintain compliant documentation; provide access education to internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access support; strong knowledge of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and specialty pharmacy models; experience with HUB systems and claims data; excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship skills; ability to operate in fast-paced environments; proficiency in CRM and MS Office; familiarity with BI tools preferred.
