Field Access Manager (FAM) - New Jersey

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies for cardiovascular biopharma products in New Jersey. Primary objectives include proactively identifying and resolving access barriers related to payer coverage, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing. Responsibilities encompass collaborating with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and payers to optimize benefits verification, education on documentation requirements, and process improvements; analyzing access data to identify systemic gaps; managing escalations; monitoring key access metrics; and providing compliant field insights to internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles; deep understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and specialty pharmacy logistics; experience with HUB systems and access data sources; strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM and BI tools preferred. The role involves extensive territory travel within New Jersey, requiring residence within 100 miles of a major airport. The position is field-based, supporting the launch and lifecycle management of cardiovascular therapies, with an emphasis on compliance and operational efficiency in patient access processes.
