Field Access Manager (FAM) - Mid Atlantic

Role: Field Access Manager (FAM) supporting Cytokinetics' cardiovascular pipeline, focused on optimizing patient access within the Mid Atlantic territory. Responsibilities: proactively identify and resolve reimbursement and access barriers related to payer coverage, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing; collaborate with HCPs, HUB vendors, and internal teams to improve access workflows and monitor key performance metrics; serve as a subject matter expert on access strategies, ensuring compliance and effective field execution; track payer landscape changes and provide insights for access strategy refinement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles; deep understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, prior authorization processes, and specialty pharmacy operations; experience with HUB and case management platforms; strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in CRM and MS Office; familiarity with BI tools preferred.
