Field Access Manager (FAM) - Great Lakes

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies within the Great Lakes territory (Michigan, Wisconsin, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois). Objectives: ensure seamless patient access by resolving payer barriers, supporting benefits verification, and improving pull-through efficiency. Responsibilities: identify and address coverage issues such as prior authorization and copay assistance, analyze HUB and payer data for systemic gaps, provide access education to internal teams, monitor key access metrics, and manage escalations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; 10+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles; strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement workflows, and specialty pharmacy distribution. Preferred: experience with HUB systems, case management platforms, and BI tools; ability to resolve complex reimbursement cases; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
