Field Access Manager (FAM) - Allegheny

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies within the cardiovascular biopharma space. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving access barriers related to payer coverage, prior authorization, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing; collaborating with healthcare providers, HUB vendors, and payers; analyzing data to improve access processes; and monitoring key performance metrics. The role ensures compliant patient services operations and supports launch readiness and lifecycle management by providing field insights to optimize access strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields; 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, or market access roles; strong knowledge of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and specialty pharmacy data; excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM, case management platforms, and BI tools is desirable. High-value specifics: Focus on specialty cardiovascular therapies with experience supporting access in complex payer landscapes; supporting launch and lifecycle activities across multiple states (Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania); travel within the territory expected.
