Field Access Manager

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement for Insmed's rare disease treatments across Baton Rouge, LA, and Jackson, MS. Responsibilities: resolve patient-specific access barriers, educate HCP office staff on prior authorization and reauthorization procedures, collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support Services, monitor patient start trends, and maintain reimbursement resource documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years’ experience in reimbursement, patient access, or market access, with expertise in payer reimbursement processes (preferably Medicare Part D), specialty pharmacy, and working with HCP offices. Skills: strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of patient privacy laws, and a patient-centric approach. Nice to Have: product launch experience. Work Setup: field role, remote with frequent domestic travel up to 75%. High-Value: focus on rare diseases, pharmaceutical reimbursement, specialty pharmacy networks, patient support services, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and market access teams.
