Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access and reimbursement for biopharma products with a focus on serious diseases, based in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities include resolving patient-specific access barriers, educating healthcare provider staff on prior authorization and appeals processes, and collaborating with Market Access and Patient Support Services to monitor and address access challenges. The role involves travel up to 75% within the U.S.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years’ experience in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy, with expertise in navigating payer reimbursement processes, especially Medicare Part D. Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy, and working with HCP offices is required.
Preferred: Experience with product launches, specialty products through pharmacy networks, and familiarity with therapeutic areas involving serious or rare diseases.
