FI/CO Technical Product Manager

Role: Technical Product Manager for FI/CO within Johnson & Johnson's IMRD SAP ERP platform, supporting global financial operations. Responsibilities include leading solution design, implementation, and integration of SAP Finance (FI), MM, PS, and HR modules; translating business needs into scalable technical solutions; ensuring adherence to SDLC and Agile practices; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, reporting, and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years experience in SAP Finance implementations, solution architecture, or systems integration; deep expertise in SAP FI, SAP HANA, and related modules; strong understanding of financial processes, SOX compliance, and global localizations; experience leading complex enterprise SAP projects in a global environment. Preferred skills include risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and communication with executive stakeholders.
