Core skills required involve team leadership, patient-centric communication, market access knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. The role demands up to 70% travel and involves physical activities typical of field-based positions. The focus is on underserved neurological and rare disease communities, particularly Rett syndrome and other neurodegenerative disorders, emphasizing collaboration with sales, medical, marketing, and advocacy teams.
