Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and GxP compliance for Facilities Management.
- Drive FM focus and capabilities within the site.
- Serve as primary point of contact for facilities quality, safety, compliance, and performance.
- Manage FM team activities, goals, development, and performance reviews.
- Mentor/lead managers, engineers, planners, specialists, technicians, and contractors to ensure 24/7 site operational readiness.
- Manage outsourcing partners, site relationships, J&J functions, business customers, and authorities.
- Serve as site liaison for Quality, Compliance, and EH&S compliance internal/external audits.
- Ensure compliance with external/internal requirements and good commercial, laboratory, and manufacturing practices.
- Establish budget and spending projections; identify OPEX and capital needs during budget preparation.
- Lead utilities/asset/site maintenance program to sustain equipment availability.
- Implement business continuity, GxP initiatives, energy/sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure management programs.
- Support capital/infrastructure project development and delivery; coordinate planning/construction.
- Attend/chair governance forums; coordinate site inspections as needed.
- Identify/apply E&P S programs and methodologies to generate savings and optimize performance.
- Gather/provide site data for regional/global metrics; manage departmental spend; manage assets and long-range capital planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, and/or architecture (required).
- Professional Engineer designation (preferred).
- 6+ years facilities/engineering experience in a regulated and GxP environment.
- Strong management and technical skills; ability to operate as Facility Manager.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- People leadership/collaboration as a strategic business partner.
- Adaptability to emerging best practices; ability to lead through change.
- Critical thinking/tactical responsiveness; knowledge of technical and business disciplines.
- Demonstrated project goal success; local collaboration; budget/financial management.
