Facility Manager - Asset Management

Role: Lead maintenance operations supporting cell therapy manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, and facilities. Objectives: develop and implement maintenance planning, optimize reliability metrics, and improve spare parts management to ensure continuous production. Responsibilities: establish CMMS-based work management, enhance RAM performance through data analysis, lead MRO storeroom improvements, define maintenance KPIs, investigate equipment issues, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, manage maintenance resources and budgets, and mentor the maintenance team. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field; 7+ years in regulated manufacturing environments; 3+ years leadership experience; proficiency in CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo); experience in biopharma, cell/gene therapy, or aseptic manufacturing; strong understanding of reliability metrics and GMP/GxP practices.
