Corporate Functions
The Position
- Provide & coordinate maintenance & services to the facility in a cost-effective manner.

Relationships
- Reports to Manager, Facilities & Utilities Maintenance.

Essential Functions
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements.
- Assist in management/execution of service contracts to improve value.
- Maintain the facility and respond timely to building maintenance requests.
- Maintain physical condition of building and grounds.
- Perform general repair work (install/relocate fixtures, minor repairs to walls, floors, stairs, basic carpentry, etc.).
- Participate in spill response and first aid teams in coordination with EHS.
- Update Facility Management share-point site and records.
- Support shipping/receiving and non-GMP warehouse tasks as needed.
- Provide backup support for waste management.
- Other accountabilities, as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Move equipment/supplies up to 33 lbs; operate/inspect equipment; be on feet up to a 12-hour shift.
- May require corrected vision to 20/25 and/or color vision; ladder/elevated heights; work with odorous/hazardous materials; latex gloves; confined spaces; loud noise with hearing protection; extremely cold environments; outdoor weather.
- Able to pass a driving exam for powered industrial trucks; no valid driverโ€™s license required.

Qualifications
- Associateโ€™s degree (engineering/business/planning) or equivalent (plus).
- Minimum 5 years facilities maintenance (required) and building maintenance knowledge/experience (required).
- Security systems knowledge (plus).
- OSHA basic knowledge (preferred).
- Emergency response team participation (plus).
- Pharmaceutical experience (plus).
- Good communication/writing skills (plus).
- Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) (preferred).
- Ability to develop/manage action plans to achieve targets (preferred).
