FA&A Developer

Role: Develops and maintains scalable data solutions for finance reporting and analytics using Snowflake and Power BI, supporting global finance stakeholders. Responsibilities: design and optimize Snowflake database objects, troubleshoot SQL queries, partner with cross-functional teams including Controllers, Treasury, and FP&A; support Power BI semantic models, analyze and improve data quality, and ensure reliable reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields; 1+ year experience with SQL; familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI, version control, and finance datasets. Preferred: strong communication skills, experience with Snowflake architecture, Power BI modeling, GitHub, finance processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. High-Value: cloud data platforms, finance analytics, global cross-functional collaboration, on-site in Maplewood MN, Austin TX, or London ON, with up to 10% travel.
