Role Purpose
Bench-to-bedside role to develop, optimize, and implement novel analytical methodologies for CAR-T cell therapy products, including analytical method development, qualification, and method transfer.

Responsibilities
- Handle cells in culture and plan, organize, perform, and document experiments.
- Execute analytical testing (flow cytometry; cell-based bioassays such as cytokine release, cytolytic activity, and proliferation) per SOPs.
- Review/approve team data; maintain meticulous electronic lab notebook records per quality standards.
- Identify and drive analytical method improvements/optimization.
- Manage project timelines/deliverables with quality and data integrity.
- Communicate and present complex data cross-functionally.
- Author/review method-related technical documents.
- Support lab management (inventory, clinical sample cryopreservation, sample management).

Requirements
- BA/BS or MS in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or related science + 3+ years industry/academia experience.
- Scientific curiosity; understanding of cellular analytical methods (e.g., ELISA, cell-based assays).
- Aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture (suspension cells); human T-cell culture a plus.
- Clear communication, detail-orientation, strong problem-solving/decision-making.
- Experience working in a regulated environment; strong presentation and scientific/technical writing.
- Preferred: experience writing lab SOPs/technical instructions.
- GMP experience a plus.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Salary range: $93,800–$174,200/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity.
