Executive Sales Representative, Respiratory – Mobile, AL
Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans for the assigned territory (Mobile, Montgomery, Foley, and Troy) aligned with sales strategies and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while following ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Apply targeting principles; develop pre-call planning strategies for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and use information from offices, pharmacists, and others to develop territory prescriber strategies.
- Leverage sample programs, literature, and other materials to increase physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Differentiate products from competitors; handle customer issues confidentially and appropriately.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 11 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Documented history of successful performance.
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states over time.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel.
- Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance; no relocation offered.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English required.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
