About the Role
- Executive Recruiter (Associate Director) supporting Takeda’s Executive Search with senior talent planning and VP+ level hiring.
How you will contribute
- Lead internal/external senior-level searches with a high-touch, white-glove experience.
- Own end-to-end global executive recruitment, proactively identifying and engaging talent for current/future needs.
- Partner with Talent Intelligence to apply market insights for executive attraction strategies.
- Collaborate across HR (HR, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development) with executive/leadership teams.
- Manage milestones/timelines, identify risks/issues, and adjust plans/resources to ensure delivery.
- Monitor, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics (including cost avoidance).
- Drive continuous improvement in executive search processes and outcomes.
- Nurture and manage third-party agency relationships as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of talent acquisition/executive search experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven success structuring, negotiating, and closing complex executive offers.
- Ability to build credibility with and influence senior leaders.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing full-cycle executive searches (strategy through close).
- Commitment to high-touch candidate/stakeholder experience with speed and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary (as stated)
- U.S. base salary range: $154,400.00–$242,550.00; may be eligible for incentives and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits, sick time, and paid vacation.
