Role: Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist - Respiratory Specialty, responsible for promoting AstraZeneca's respiratory and autoimmune medicines, including asthma, COPD, IPF, and inflammatory diseases. Objectives: educate healthcare providers on clinical evidence, support on-label prescribing, and drive territory sales growth. Responsibilities: develop deep product and disease state knowledge; engage physicians, specialists, and health systems; implement strategic targeting plans; and collaborate with sales teams to maximize formulary opportunities and customer engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years full-time pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, or equivalent healthcare knowledge; valid driver’s license. Preferred: respiratory sales experience, familiarity with pulmonologists, allergists, and health system accounts; strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills; proven results in territory growth. High-Value: focus on respiratory diseases, biologics and devices, pipeline assets in inflammatory/autoimmune areas; territory covers Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, Johnstown, Lebanon, Greensburg, PA; field-based role.
