Role: Oncology Head & Neck Sales Representative responsible for promoting Johnson & Johnson's oncology therapeutics in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Primary objectives include achieving sales targets, expanding account penetration, and providing clinical support. Responsibilities encompass executing sales strategies, developing account-specific plans, articulating product value, managing reimbursement discussions, and closing sales. The role involves prospecting new business, utilizing marketing tools, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of successful pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience; military transition candidates also considered. Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the territory.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Specialty sales background with knowledge of solid tumors and oncology markets, experience with hospital and large accounts, reimbursement complexities, and competitive sales performance. Demonstrated learning aptitude for emerging technologies such as AI is preferred.
