Role: Neuroscience Sales Specialist responsible for promoting Acadia's neurological treatments, building customer relationships, delivering product education, and driving patient access within assigned territories. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory business plans, engage healthcare professionals (HCPs), provide clinical and reimbursement information, address customer inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Acadia at industry events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred), 1-2 years healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience (neuroscience preferred) for Specialist level; 5+ years for Senior; 12+ for Executive level, with proven ability in complex, account-based sales. High-Value: focus on neuroscience (Parkinson’s disease psychosis, Rett syndrome, Alzheimer’s, Lewy body dementia), occupational with HCPs, reimbursement knowledge, and experience in highly regulated environments.
