Role: Executive Medical Director, Medical Strategy (Hepatologist) at Madrigal, leading scientific and clinical expertise in MASH to shape global medical strategies. Responsibilities: serve as a senior hepatology expert providing medical guidance across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access; inform evidence generation and real-world data efforts; support post-approval studies and scientific publications; advise on medical content and training; foster relationships with thought leaders; ensure compliance and ethical standards; and lead cross-functional medical initiatives. Requirements: MD/DO or equivalent with 15+ years in pharma or related industry; deep clinical experience in MASH and metabolic liver diseases; strong scientific acumen; excellent communication skills; thorough knowledge of US healthcare and compliance guidelines; leadership capabilities. Preferred: experience in hepatology, clinical research, and medical affairs leadership.
