Qualifications: MD, PhD, PharmD, or advanced life sciences degree; 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within medical affairs or clinical development; significant experience in nephrology or relevant therapeutic areas; strong scientific expertise and external engagement skills.
