Executive Director, Vaccines & Infectious Disease Policy

Role: Lead global public policy strategy and advocacy for Vaccines and Infectious Disease franchises, focusing on policy development, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide coordination. Responsibilities: shape and execute policy strategies aligned with franchise priorities, manage cross-functional teams and regional policy efforts, and serve as a senior policy advisor to leadership on geopolitical and public health issues. Requirements: advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field; 15+ years in public policy with expertise in vaccine/infectious disease policy, government and NGO relations, and strategic leadership. High-Value: vaccine and infectious disease focus, global and regional policy engagement, senior stakeholder relations, leadership of cross-functional teams, and experience navigating complex health policy environments. Work Setup: U.S.-based with hybrid options in Washington, D.C., PA, or NJ; travel ~25%.
