Role: Lead the development and execution of global public policy strategies for vaccines and infectious diseases, supporting franchise growth and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities: oversee policy initiatives across enterprise functions, coordinate regional and country-level policy efforts, build relationships with governmental and advocacy groups, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on policy trends and geopolitical issues. Requirements: advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field; 15+ years of experience in vaccine/infectious disease policy, health policy, and stakeholder management; deep knowledge of healthcare policy processes and global regulatory environments; proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives. High-Value: senior leadership role in global vaccine/infectious disease policy, with a focus on advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-wide strategy. Work Setup: hybrid US-based, preferred locations in Washington D.C., PA, or NJ; approximately 25% travel.
