Executive Director, Vaccines & Infectious Disease Policy

Role: Executive Director, Global Public Policy for Vaccines & Infectious Disease, leading global policy strategy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to support vaccine and infectious disease franchises. Responsibilities: develop and implement enterprise-wide policy strategies aligned with business priorities; oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate regional/local policy efforts; manage relationships with government, multilateral, NGO, and patient groups; advise senior leadership on policy developments; represent the company externally in forums. Requirements: advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field; minimum 15 years in public policy with expertise in vaccine/infectious disease policy, health policy, and trade issues; proven leadership and stakeholder management skills; strong knowledge of healthcare policy processes; excellent communication and strategic thinking.
