Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen Cytokinetics’ culture of business integrity and compliance with senior leadership.
- Drive Cytokinetics’ U.S. healthcare compliance program consistent with OIG Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers; collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the program, including clear policies, live/online training, and data-driven monitoring.
- Lead the brand compliance strategy for the MYQORZO (aficamten) commercial lifecycle, including compliance operations for product promotion, unbranded cardiovascular health programs, medical affairs, and market access.
- Chair the Global Healthcare Compliance Committee, overseeing cross-functional interactions with HCPs and HCOs; identify, manage, and report global operational risks to executive management and the Board.

Qualifications:
- 15+ years as a compliance professional in the U.S. (in-house at a biopharmaceutical company, at a major law firm serving biopharmaceutical clients, or both).
- Relevant graduate education (JD or other advanced degree strongly preferred).
- Deep familiarity with U.S. federal/state laws and self-regulatory codes for pharmaceutical development/commercialization, including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Physician Payment Sunshine Act, and PhRMA Code.
- Proven success chairing high-level committees and influencing executive-level stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Pay Range & Total Rewards:
- Expected salary range (South San Francisco, CA): $337,500–$393,800; plus competitive total compensation including equity (stock options/RSUs), health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k) match, learning/wellness stipends, and paid time off.
