Executive Director, US Business Strategy Lead

Role: Lead the US Strategy & Execution for Novartis' Commercial enterprise, developing and aligning the US strategic agenda, market insights, and portfolio priorities. Responsibilities: oversee strategy development, facilitate cross-functional alignment, lead enterprise strategy projects, and build strategy capabilities within the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred), 12+ years in corporate or healthcare strategy, consulting, or enterprise transformation; strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights.
