Executive Director, Resiliency Operations Center

Role: Executive Director leading global 24/7 security and resilience operations, overseeing threat monitoring, crisis response, and continuous coverage to ensure safety of personnel, assets, and operations worldwide. Responsibilities: manage the Resiliency Operations Center, drive technology integration (mass notification, threat intelligence platforms), oversee travel risk and employee assistance programs, and lead crisis escalation efforts. Collaborate with security leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance organizational resilience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in global security, crisis management, or senior security operations roles; experience leading GSOC or command center functions; strong leadership, decision-making, and information synthesis skills. Preferred: experience managing enterprise technology projects within a global enterprise, ideally in pharma or life sciences sector. High-value specifics: focus on security & resilience for a global biopharma organization, with emphasis on crisis management, threat intelligence, and technology integration.
