Primary Responsibilities
- Direct 24/7 operations of the Resiliency Center for global information management, threat monitoring, and incident triage.
- Lead evaluation and integration of key technology platforms (e.g., mass notification, threat intelligence, situational awareness) to scale operations and enable business continuity.
- Oversee global travel risk management for employee safety, security, and well-being.
- Lead initial crisis management escalation and coordinated response.
- Administer employee assistance and emergency support initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational procedures for continuous coverage and swift incident resolution.
- Collaborate with global security leadership and cross-functional business partners to enhance resilience posture and readiness.
Education
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Masterโs degree in a relevant field preferred.
Required Experience and Skills
- 10+ years in global security operations, crisis management, or related senior leadership.
- Experience leading operations in a 24/7 GSOC or equivalent command center.
- Enterprise leadership; proactive, high-performing, cross-functional team building.
- Crisis management expertise: incident escalation workflows and rapid decision-making.
- Ability to synthesize complex threat/Intel into actionable operational insights.
- Ability to design/manage global travel risk and employee assistance programs.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Large-scale enterprise tech implementations (e.g., mass notification, situational awareness).
- Global enterprise experience, preferably pharma/life sciences.
Operational Requirements
- Flexible hours (evenings/weekends/holidays) for 24/7 operation.
- Ability to travel globally.
