Executive Director, Program Management (Biotechnology Oncology)

Role: The Executive Director, Program Management leads strategic oversight and execution of complex discovery through clinical development programs, including CMC, Phase 1-3 trials, and NDA/BLA filings. Responsibilities: manage a portfolio of high-complexity projects, develop integrated project plans, oversee risk management, and ensure alignment of product strategies across cross-functional teams.
