Role: Executive Director, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Supply Transactions Counsel, providing strategic legal support for Halozyme’s drug delivery technologies and products, focusing on manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial agreements. Responsibilities: lead negotiations and drafting of manufacturing, supply, and collaboration agreements; support business transactions including mergers and acquisitions; advise cross-functional teams on legal issues related to manufacturing and supply; develop training on legal risks; support evaluation of new technologies. Requirements: JD or LL.M., licensed in the U.S.; 8+ years in biotech/pharma legal roles, with transaction leadership experience; expertise in complex manufacturing and supply agreements, preferably including CDMO arrangements; strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in intellectual property law. High-Value: emphasis on supply and manufacturing agreements within biologics or drug delivery technologies, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing, with up to 20% travel. Work setup: on-site with some travel; collaborative environment within a biotech manufacturing context.
