Position Summary
Executive Director, Performance and Operations Enablement (T&I)

Key Responsibilities
- Set and steward Talent & Inclusion (T&I) strategy and Key Priorities; ensure alignment to enterprise people and business priorities.
- Act as single integrator across T&I sub-functions (Talent, Learning, Inclusion & Culture, Org Effectiveness, People Science), removing seams, duplication, and handoff gaps.
- Translate strategy into coordinated roadmaps, sequencing, and execution.
- Pressure-test priorities, tradeoffs, and resourcing decisions with T&I Leadership Team.
- Own executive-level T&I narrative/materials (e.g., SteerCo/Org Health/LT forums); prepare senior leaders with positions, risks, and asks.
- Lead and develop Strategy & Operations (S&O) team; build capability in systems thinking, portfolio management, governance, and executive storytelling.
- Drive COE integration and embed integration into day-to-day ways of working.
- Lead HRBP/T&I β€œrewiring” sessions to establish an integrated engagement model.
- Co-lead monthly T&I Org Health executive review; serve as T&I i-Plan facilitator.
- Act as Procurement liaison to enable disciplined execution and reduce friction.

Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years senior leadership with a transformational mindset and quantifiable results in complex, fast-paced global organizations (biopharma preference).
- Senior people leadership experience; enterprise strategist who integrates across functions/COEs.
- Experience in complex, matrixed people org environments.
- Executive presence; influence without authority; strong cross-functional execution.
- Strong operational/financial/governance acumen; systems thinker.
- Judgment to act appropriately where precedent may not exist.
- BS/BA required; advanced degree preferred.

- $279,570–$338,767.
