Executive Director, Patient Advocacy & Engagement

Role: Executive Director, Patient Advocacy & Engagement, responsible for developing and executing strategic advocacy initiatives for Stoke's programs targeting rare neurological diseases, including Dravet syndrome, ADOA, and Syngap1. Objectives include supporting launch readiness for zorevunersen in the U.S., building patient community relationships, and integrating patient insights into company decision-making. Responsibilities encompass stakeholder engagement, program development, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, advocacy communications, and KPI tracking. Qualifications: 12+ years in patient advocacy within biotech/pharma, with expertise in rare diseases, regulatory milestones, and product lifecycle. Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong relationship-building skills, experience managing advocacy teams, and understanding of regulatory and compliance standards. Preferred skills include experience in CNS diseases, regulatory affairs, and corporate communications.
