Executive Director, Medical Affairs - COPD

Role: Executive Director of Value & Implementation Global Medical & Scientific Affairs (V&I GMSA) for COPD, leading strategic planning, global execution, and stakeholder engagement within the therapeutic area. Responsibilities: develop and implement global V&I plans, coordinate with US and international teams, foster relationships with scientific leaders, guide clinical development and brand strategies, integrate insights across regions, and manage cross-functional collaborations including Outcomes Research, Commercial, and Development teams. Lead team performance, talent development, and budget management, with up to 30% travel. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD with recognized medical expertise; minimum 3 years pharma experience in medical affairs or clinical development, specifically in pulmonology or infectious diseases; proven global leadership and team management skills.
