The role also involves team leadership, talent development, budget management, and international stakeholder engagement, with up to 30% travel. Requirements: MD, PhD, or PharmD (MD preferred), with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs or clinical development, and recognized expertise in pulmonology or infectious diseases. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of global medical affairs experience, demonstrated leadership in strategic initiatives, and stakeholder influence skills.
